Qualified technician handoff: stop before live electrical testing, sealed-system refrigeration work, compressor service, or protected-compartment access unless a qualified technician is handling the work.

  • Voltage detected on secondary side of power supply but no display: Stop diagnostics. Replace main controller board or escalate to manufacturer.
  • If voltage is detected on the secondary side of the power supply but no display is present, service must stop immediately. A qualified technician must replace the main controller board or escalate the issue to the manufacturer for further diagnosis.
