Qualified technician handoff: stop before live electrical testing, sealed-system refrigeration work, compressor service, or protected-compartment access unless a qualified technician is handling the work.

  • Fuse blows immediately after replacement: Stop all further fuse replacement attempts. Escalate to qualified technician for short-circuit investigation. Do not bypass fuse.
  • Burning smell or visible smoke at any point: Disconnect power immediately. Do not reapply. Tag machine out of service and escalate to technician.
  • Water intrusion found near electrical components: Disconnect power. Do not apply power until water intrusion source is identified and resolved. Escalate to technician.
  • If a fuse blows immediately after replacement, stop all further fuse replacement attempts and escalate to a qualified technician for short-circuit investigation.
