Machine Completely Dead — Power Input Diagnostic

This diagnostic sequence helps determine if the unit is receiving power from the building supply or if the failure lies within the unit's internal power components.

Qualified technician handoff: stop before live electrical testing, sealed-system refrigeration work, compressor service, or protected-compartment access unless a qualified technician is handling the work.

  • Fuse blows immediately upon replacement: Stop all work. Do not re-energize. Escalate to advanced technician for short-circuit investigation.
  • Burning smell detected at any point: Unplug machine immediately. Tag out of service. Investigate only after machine is fully de-energized.
  • Live voltage measurement reading significantly outside expected range: Unplug machine. Do not reconnect until power supply is evaluated.
  • If live voltage measurement reading is significantly outside expected range, unplug the machine immediately. Do not reconnect until a qualified technician has evaluated the power supply.
