Full Dead Machine Diagnostic

This diagnostic systematically checks the entire power path, starting from the wall outlet, through internal protection devices, right up to the main control unit, when the machine shows absolutely no signs of power or life.

Qualified technician handoff: stop before live electrical testing, sealed-system refrigeration work, compressor service, or protected-compartment access unless a qualified technician is handling the work.

  • Any burning smell detected at any diagnostic step: Unplug machine immediately. Do not continue. Mark machine as out of service. Technician required.
  • Visible water intrusion into electrical area: Unplug machine. Do not power on until completely dry and inspected. Mark as out of service.
  • Multiple blown fuses after replacement: Stop replacing fuses. An unresolved short circuit exists. Technician required for root-cause analysis.
  • If any issue is suspected in the power path, a qualified technician must perform the diagnosis, especially when checking live-voltage components.
