Qualified technician handoff: stop before live electrical testing, sealed-system refrigeration work, compressor service, or protected-compartment access unless a qualified technician is handling the work.

  • Blown fuse with no visible root cause: Stop and escalate to licensed technician. Do not replace fuse without diagnosis.
  • Visible burning or arc damage: Unplug immediately. Do not reapply power. Escalate to licensed technician.
  • Water intrusion near electrical: Unplug. Do not energize until source is identified and corrected.
  • For any issue involving the main fuse or circuit protection, a qualified technician must perform the diagnosis and replacement.

Location Help

Where to find this

Use this as orientation before touching the machine. It is location help, not a repair instruction.

Power Input

Start outside the machine at the outlet and cord, then identify the power entry area before any protected-compartment inspection.

  • Connects the machine to building electrical supply and provides primary overcurrent protection.
  • Power cord
  • Terminal block or input connector
  • Main fuse or circuit breaker

Do not open energized or protected electrical areas unless a qualified technician or licensed electrician is handling the work.
