No Power – Internal Diagnostics

This procedure systematically investigates the entire power path within the machine when the external power source and cord are confirmed to be functioning correctly.

Qualified technician handoff: stop before live electrical testing, sealed-system refrigeration work, compressor service, or protected-compartment access unless a qualified technician is handling the work.

  • Line voltage found where low voltage is expected: Stop immediately. Do not probe further. Escalate to manufacturer support or licensed technician.
  • Signs of arcing, melting, or burning at any connection: Disconnect power immediately. Tag machine out of service. Escalate to licensed technician.
  • If any voltage readings are unexpected or if arcing is observed, immediately stop work and contact a qualified technician.
  • If the issue persists after basic checks, a qualified technician must assess the internal power distribution network.

Where to find this

Use this as orientation before touching the machine. It is location help, not a repair instruction.

Power Input

Start outside the machine at the outlet and cord, then identify the power entry area before any protected-compartment inspection.

  • Connects machine to facility power supply, provides primary overcurrent protection.
  • power-cord
  • main-breaker-or-fuse
  • terminal-block

Do not open energized or protected electrical areas unless a qualified technician or licensed electrician is handling the work.
