Motor Test - Entire Row
This procedure tests all motors within a specific product row using the machine's built-in test mode.
Qualified technician handoff: stop before live electrical testing, sealed-system refrigeration work, compressor service, or protected-compartment access unless a qualified technician is handling the work.
- All motors in a row fail simultaneously: Do NOT replace any motors. Investigate row harness and controller row driver first.
- Burning smell from any motor during test: Stop test immediately. Remove power.
- If all motors in a row fail simultaneously, do not replace any motors; a qualified technician must investigate the row harness and controller row driver.
- If a burning smell is detected during testing, stop immediately and call a qualified technician.
