Qualified technician handoff: stop before live electrical testing, sealed-system refrigeration work, compressor service, or protected-compartment access unless a qualified technician is handling the work.

  • All motors in a row fail simultaneously: Do NOT replace any motors. Investigate row harness and controller row driver first.
  • Burning smell from any motor during test: Stop test immediately. Remove power.
  • If all motors in a row fail simultaneously, do not replace any motors; a qualified technician must investigate the row harness and controller row driver.
  • If a burning smell is detected during testing, stop immediately and call a qualified technician.
