High VoltageOperator5-10 min
Delivery sensor3 stepsoperator-intermediate

Qualified technician handoff: stop before live electrical testing, sealed-system refrigeration work, compressor service, or protected-compartment access unless a qualified technician is handling the work.

  • Sensor message stuck after all cleaning and harness checks: Sensor likely failed — replace sensor assembly.

    Test sensor response after clearing

    operator-intermediatelow

Cycle power to the machine or attempt a test vend from service mode. Observe whether the Remove Product message clears. If it clears, place an item in the bin and see if the message returns correctly.

Expected: Message clears when bin is empty and returns when product is placed in bin
